Your digital gift voucher features a unique voucher number and once a value purchased may only be redeemed once towards a stay at Hotel No5. Bookings necessary, and are subject to availability. Vouchers may not be exchanged for cash and no change will be given. Your voucher must be presented upon arrival via print or digital copy when redeeming. Cancellation of a booking with less than 72 hours before the day of arrival will render the voucher null & void. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
